In the most recent #makeovermonday, I used a technique where the reference line is used to track your mouse across multiple charts. This is a quick post highlighting how to do this. In short I’m using a reference line out of view with the recalculate setting left on. The net effect is that the reference line comes into view when you hover over the chart. To make the effect complete, I also use highlight actions to help highlight elements across charts.
